Product description:
It’s the Two-component repairing material consist of the second generation modified acrylic resin and curing agent,
mainly used in oil leakage,leakage repairing of transformer, fuel tank, oil tank, oil pipe and other equipment.

How to use:
1.Surface treatment:Do the coarsening treatment and clean it on the pending-repair surface.

2.Configuration: According to the mass ratio A:B=1:1 or volume ratio A:B=1:1,
make A and B two components mix uniformly,then use it immediately.

3.Coating: Make the mixed-up material spread coating on the pending-repair area and be compacted,
make it infiltrate fully with the substrates.

4. Curing: Cure for 20 minutes at the temperature of 20～25 degree before using,if the temperature is low,can heat it up or prolong the curing time to promote the curing.

Special version:
1.This parameter is for laboratory conditions, due to the actual working condition is more complex,
recommend that users do pretest according to actual working condition.

2.When the environment temperature is below 15 degree,it will prolong the curing time,
proper heating measures should be taken.

3.The curing speed of this product is very fast,so every time the mixed quantity should not be too much.
When the environment temperature is above 25 degree,the curing speed will also expedite.

Transportation storage:
Sealed storage in the cool and dry place.The warranty period is 24 months.Avoid placing it upside down,
knocking against and transporting it as a non-dangerous product during transportation.
